What is An Addiction?
An addiction is commonly known as being habitual. It can be of substance or any behavior. As in our sacred texts our ancestors said that"excess or less can harm"
This proverb is very useful but as we know every person have his own thinking and some of them always try to take vedas wrong due to there wrong thinking or proving self better as one more proverb said.

So according to first proverb Excess stand for being habitual and the less stands for laziness. Which mean over depended on any thing is excess and avoiding work is less, both create problems. There are number of habits that can be an addiction and surely it can be harm us.
For Example:- Excess taking of spicy food can harm our digestive system, and less drinking water can create same.
Pornography targeting teens and Youth most than others cause these age groups from 10 to 30 are more attracting towards porn. Pornography providers working hard to earn and the source of pornography changes time to time according to interest.
In country like India 70% are linked to television, movies and newspapers and only 10-30% are on daily internet users even then this is spreading very fast all cause of these television, advertisements, movies and songs also.
