YOGIC MANAGEMENT FOR ACIDITY
One of the most common ailments that affect us is a form of indigestion called acidity where gastric juices are over-produced in our stomach.
Through yogic techniques and dietary changes, you can balance the functioning of the digestive system and control Acidity.
Yoga is the best exercise for acidity to cure and reduce it naturally. Nowadays doctors also suggest yoga for acidity and other stomach related problems.

>>Home remedy :
Boil one cup of water. To this add 1 tsp of Aniseed (Saunf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning, add 1 tsp of honey. When this is taken 3 times a day it prevents acidity.
Dietary Tips :-
-Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.
- Include banana,cloves, mints, ginger, pumpkin, carrots, watermelon and cucumber in your diet.
- Drink a glass of milk - everyday.
- Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.
- Avoid:- alcohol, smoking, pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.
- Jaggery, lemon, banana, and yogurt gives you instant relief from acidity.
- smoking and drinking will increase acidity, so cut down it.
